Distance Sales Agreement

1.2

BUYER (Customer / Subscriber)

A natural or legal person who is a member of the Nexren Shield platform (nexren.info or dash.nexren.info) and makes the payment by declaring their name, surname, email, invoice title and address at the order stage.

2Subject Matter & Scope

The subject of this Agreement is determining the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, performance and delivery of the cybersecurity, cloud reverse proxy, Web Application Firewall (WAF), L4/L7 volumetric DDoS protection and Origin Lock™ digital software service packages, whose features and sale prices are stated, which the BUYER orders electronically from the SELLER's website nexren.info or dash.nexren.info.

3Service Specifications, Pricing & Payment

The service tiers, specifications, and VAT-inclusive prices are outlined below:

Starter Plan
Subscription per site (1 domain), 5 million requests per month quota, OWASP Top 10 WAF rules, XDP (eBPF) early drop and per-IP SYN limit, automatic SSL, 30-day event log retention — ₺890.00 / month (₺710.00 / month when paid annually in advance) [VAT included]
Pro Plan
Subscription per site (1 domain), 25 million requests per month quota, in addition to the Starter scope manual Under Attack mode, manual RPS threshold, persistent attack mode, maintenance mode and System Analysis, 90-day event log retention — ₺2,490.00 / month (₺1,990.00 / month when paid annually in advance) [VAT included]
Enterprise Plan
Subscription per site, no monthly request quota, Pro scope, 365-day event log retention, contract-specific support terms — Subject to a Custom Corporate Quote.

Payments are collected securely by credit card or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Troy) in a 256-bit SSL encrypted environment with 3D Secure verification.

4Delivery Terms & Performance

4.1

Instant Digital Provisioning

The service is delivered electronically as cloud SaaS infrastructure without physical shipping. Upon successful payment authorization, the subscription is provisioned automatically within 5 minutes.

4.2

DNS Routing & Activation

For the service to work fully, the BUYER must point their domain DNS records to the Nexren Shield IP address indicated in the panel.

5Statutory Right of Withdrawal Exemption

Information under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation

Under Article 15, paragraph 1, subparagraph (ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, "contracts for services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are among the legal exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Because the services offered by Nexren Shield are protection configurations and WAF rule sets performed instantly in a digital environment, there is no statutory right of withdrawal once the service is activated.

6Defective Service Remedy, Cancellation & Refund Terms

6.1

Defective Service Remedy

If a systemic failure originating from the SELLER's technical infrastructure continues without interruption for more than 48 hours, or the promised service cannot be provided due to technical impossibility, the BUYER may open a support request and request a refund. For requests found justified, the amount paid is refunded to the BUYER's card within 1-7 business days.

6.2

Subscription Cancellation

The BUYER may cancel their subscription for subsequent periods at any time through the customer panel. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current period.

7Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

In the application of this Agreement, within the monetary limits announced every year by the Ministry of Trade, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the BUYER's place of residence are competent. In disputes of a commercial nature, the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices are exclusively competent.

8Effectiveness & Acceptance

When the BUYER places an order on the website and completes the payment step, they are deemed to have confirmed electronically that they have read all the terms of this Agreement, reviewed the Preliminary Information Form and accepted it.
